Have courage

Have courage. Everyone has their moment. Have courage. Bad times come, but they also pass. Nothing truly terrible happens all at once; Change unfolds with the passage of time. Have courage. Whatever is destined to happen, inevitably will. Whether you feel afraid or disheartened, your duty remains to keep striving. The outcome, after all, lies beyond anyone's control. Have courage. Simply do not fear, and do not bow down; yet, do not speak rashly to anyone in a fit of emotion, nor commit any wrong deed. Do not hesitate in the slightest to call right right. Have courage. Both good and bad times visit everyone; yet, fear haunts us all constantly compelling us to yield. Keep striving, and have courage. Do not bow down, do not fear; keep making an effort ultimately, everything turns out well. Have courage. Neither victory is permanent, nor is defeat. Neither good days last forever, nor do bad ones. It is all a game of time much like the cycle of night and day. Do not bow down, do not f...

Understanding - Father, Son and Parents Meeting

-

Children also gradually begin to understand emotions if, instead of being harsh on them, you interact with them like a good friend. Talk to them about right and wrong without any pressure or stress, and instead of scaring them, treat them with love and simplicity. I felt this the day I took leave from work and accompanied him to his school for the parents' meeting. He was already afraid of the parents' meeting the night before. But I know his weakness. My wife was also present when he was afraid of the parents' meeting. I said, "What's there to be afraid of? I know you'll receive two kinds of complaints: one about your writing, and the other if you've done something mischievous or wrong. I'm already making you practice writing every day." Seeing and hearing all this, my wife also looked at her son and smiled. It was decided for the next day that if my wife got leave, she would also go with me. If not, she would call and inform me. After that,...

My first WhatsApp group

Due to not changing according to the changing times in life, due to the confusion and running of today's life, sometimes something happens to us that we are ashamed to remember it and there is a lot of laughter too. A similar incident has happened to me too, remembering which I feel ashamed and also laugh. This incident is from 2017 when I used to work in an office. I have used the same words and styles which we use in our daily routine, due to which some styles of speaking words of Hindi have been used in English translation so that I can make you feel as much as I was feeling. group of two people It was almost half an hour since my office shift started that  afternoon I was discussing something with my new group leader Sagar. Then my old group leader Harish came towards me. And told me- "Rakesh I forbade you to request leave on WhatsApp group. If it is very urgent then message me personally on WhatsApp". Harish who was my old group leader and now may have been shifted t...

Is it necessary to go to gym ?

-
Image
Those who are health-conscious and want to build a good body, they must have once said that can the body be made only in the gym? Exercise You must have heard from many people, especially in your friend circle talking about health. I want to go to the gym but what to do I do not get time to go to the gym. I do not open my eyes in the morning. And after this it is a matter of course that if you cannot go to the gym then do a workout at home. So the answer is that there is no such thing in the house that is in the gym as there are lots of equipment, trainers, and seeing people exercising, we also feel like exercising or say that there is such an environment. Lets feel like exercising. exercise equipment So the answer to all of this is that if you have a strong will to exercise and build a body, then you can make a good body by exercising anywhere in the gym or at home. Willpower is fine, but how can equipment like a gym be brought home? Suppose those who have a big house and who can buy ...
