नींद पूरी होना क्यों जरूरी है ?  मेरे अनुभव  सुबह की ताजगी - आज की सुबह बहुत ही ताज़गी भरी और मस्त लग रही थी। ऊपर टंकी में पानी भर रहा था। पानी चेक करने के बाद मैं छत पर ही टहलने लगा और इधर उधर देखने लगा। सुबह की ठंडी हवा ,सुहाना मौसम , छत से थोड़ी दूर खाली सड़क ,सड़क के किनारे पेड़ पौधे ,उड़ते हुए पंछी और दूर तक फैले हुए पहाड़ बहुत ही अच्छा महसूस करा रहे थे। अच्छा इसलिए भी लग रहा था की मैं करीब दो हफ्ते के बाद सुबह जल्दी उठा हूँ। करीब दो हफ्ते पहले तक मैं सुबह जल्दी उठ जाता था और योग करने के और दूर तक दौड़ने के साथ मेरे दिन की शुरु वात हो जाती थी। लेकिन कुछ समय से नियम बदल गया है। सब कुछ उलटा हो गया है पहले रात को जल्दी सोता था और सुबह जल्दी उठता था लेकिन अब रात को देर तक जागने लगा हूँ और सुबह देर तक सोने लगा हूँ। ऐसा नहीं है की अभी भी मैं सुबह जल्दी नहीं उठ सकता। उठ सकता हूँ लेकिन मैं अपने अनुभव के आधार पर ये जान चूका हूँ की सुबह जल्दी उठने के लिए रात को जल्दी सोना और अच्छी नींद सोना जरूरी है। लगभग सात आठ घंटे की नींद भी जरूरी है स्वस्थ्य रहने के लिए और दिन भर काम को करन...

That day my brother called from the shop that he has forgotten his bag in the house, quickly reach that bag to the shop. I took his bag and left the house on a motorcycle towards the shop. It was not even half the distance that the speed of the motorcycle started slowing down on its own and in a while the motorcycle stopped.
